How do I purchase tickets?

Firstly, you need to choose the match you want to watch and a ticket category. Then, fill in the booking form and pay via our secure server.

What method of payment can I use?

You can pay by credit or debit card Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Club and JCB cards online via a secure connection. You can also pay for your order by bank transfer or international transfer with Wise and Revolut.

How will my credit card details be used?

Your credit card data information is never stored or processed by us; We use the most demanding existing security schemes. The payment information you provide us is transmitted encrypted over the Internet to the BBVA bank server in a completely secure manner. BBVA Bank guarantees compliance with PSD2 security regulations in all payments..

I try to buy with my card but the purchase appears denied

In most cases it is an identification failure of the cardholder who has not been correctly identified. In this case, you must contact the card issuer to activate your card to make secure online purchases in stores with European PSD2 security regulations in payments. We also have the verification and security systems VISA Secure and MasterCard ID Check.

How will I know that my order has been received?

Upon successful completion of your transaction you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase and your order number. If you don't find it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets are released by football clubs a few days prior to each match

Electronic and mobile tickets: They will be sent to your email a few days before the game.

Physical tickets:

You have 3 options for events in Spain:

  • Shipping under signature to your office or home in Spain (If tickets are available 10 days before the event)
  • Shipping under signature or seal of the Hotel in the Hotel staying in the city of the event.
  • Pick up under signature at our office in the center of Madrid.

Are seats guaranteed in pairs?

Pairs seats are guaranteed. If there are more than two tickets we will always try to have the seats together or as close as possible.

What does ‘paired seats’ mean?

There are different options in pairs: adjacent, diagonally, one behind the other and with a fan or stairway in between. We will always prioritise getting you and your companions as close together as possible. If you buy more than two tickets, we will try to get all the seats as close together as possible, grouping them in pairs or together whenever we can.

Do I have to buy a ticket if I am bringing children?

Everyone, regardless of age, will need a valid ticket to enter the stadium.

Can I choose my seats?

The option to purchase is by Category only. The assignment will be automatic, always prioritising the best available seats and views.
Selecting specific seats or blocks is not possible. However, you can send us your request/preference and we will do our best to satisfy your demand.

What is an e-ticket?

An e-ticket is an electronic version of a paper ticket. You will be advised by email when your e-ticket is ready for download, days before the event.

What is mobile phone ticket?

An mobile phone ticket is an electronic QR code version of a paper ticket. You will need an iPhone or Android phone to use your tickets. Your tickets will be ready the week of the game.

Do prices include VAT and shipping costs?

Yes, all management fees, taxes and shipping costs to any point in Spain are included.

Are the prices quoted on your website the face value of the tickets?

No, as all prices reflect our cost for obtaining preferences, pre-booking tickets before they go on sale, or obtaining sold-out tickets and are based on demand and seat location.
We are a Spanish commercial company, not related to any civic institution, official organizer or football club. Typically the price charged for a ticket is substantially over face value.

There is another name on the ticket Is it still possible to enter the event?

The name on the ticket is only the name of the person who initially bought the ticket. The tickets we provide are transferable and can be used by any fan.

Can I cancel my ticket order?

After you have confirmed your order online, we cannot accept cancellations.

If I want to change the details of my order, what should I do?

If you wish to make any changes (address, date of arrival etc) write us and we will be glad to help.

Can I buy tickets for events that do not appear on your website

Send us your request by e-mail and we shall do our best to find your tickets and get back to you as soon as possible.

Important Notice

Changes on match days In Spain, the La Liga calendar shows all the matches on Sunday, the week of the match. However, the actual day and time are confirmed a few weeks before the match. Therefore, you must be in town for the game from Saturday afternoon until Monday morning to ensure that you do not miss the game. The earliest games of the weekend are at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday and the last at 9:00 p.m. on Sunday. Also La Liga matches scheduled on Wednesday can be played on Tuesday or Thursday. Changing the date and times of the match will not lead to cancellations or refunds of tickets already purchased.
